Need a same day inspection. called in She was extremely nice and worked with me to get everything I needed accomplished! She even gave me a loaner car to get the kids around till they were all done. Needed an oil change and a flat tire fixed! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone !

Fantastic experience at KarPro, Barb was able to squeeze me in last minute for an inspection & provided a loaner so I didn’t have to hang around while they worked me into their busy schedule. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with snacks & drinks, best of all customer service was top notch. Will be back again, thanks Barb & the crew at KarPro!

I had an excellent experience with KarPro in Altoona. They recently repaired my car’s A/C system, replaced my brake pads, and installed new calipers, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Barb was fantastic to work with. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what work needed to be done and why. The transparency and honesty were truly refreshing. What impressed me most was how affordable everything was without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a repair shop that is both trustworthy and reasonably priced, but KarPro delivered on both. The work was completed professionally, my car is running great, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and affordable auto repair shop in the Altoona area, I highly recommend KarPro. A huge thank you to Barb and the entire team for making the experience stress-free and exceeding my expectations!

I came to Altoona for work & needed to get my inspection done while up here. Since I wasn't able to get an appointment back home, I did a little research & liked their reviews. They did a great job with everything- price was very reasonable, staff was friendly & I felt well taken care of. If I'm ever in the area again & need something done, I'd definitely choose them again!

Great service! They fixed a flat tire in just 15 minutes, and the cost was only $23. The inside was very cozy: they offered coffee, soft drinks from the fridge, and even a Hot Wheels toy for my child. Plus, they gave us a branded T-shirt as a gift. Everything was done quickly with great care and attention. We are very happy!
